Royal Ascot Ready! 10/10 Service.
Great fitting suit and even better customer service! The team went above and beyond to make sure my suit arrived in time for a Royal Garden Party I was invited to. I didn't have anything that fit the formal dress code, so being able rent a high quality suit, that fit well and looked good was perfect! It was literally fit for royalty.

I had a complicated situation. After 10 years in London I moved back to the States and needed to get my Royal Ascot gear to join friends. I was in hotels and staying with friends on the fly and ACS Rental was unbelievably cool on where to ship my gear. When a top hat came in as too small they flew in a replacement like MI5. They were amazing at sending me what I needed and amazing at how I could ship the kit back to them. I had to fly to Vienna, and my mate was able to drop it off at some post office and ship it back. They were so cool and amazing. I want to find the woman who runs this company and marry her! Love these people. All this top hat **** is so complicated, and these guys make it all chill.
Great Customer Service!
We came from the United States for the Royal Ascot so my husband needed to rent a morning suit. They were able to work with us and sent a few extra sizes in case the original size didn't fit. Plus, they were very helpful to send it to the hotel. There was also an issue with the hotel returning the suit to the right location and the service team worked with both myself and hotel and we were able to locate the rental which helped us avoid a charge for a lost suit. Also, the suit worked out perfectly! My husband fit right in with the other morning suits! We would highly recommend!
Outstanding Product and Service
I hired the Charcoal Tweed Jacket & Highland Storm Kilt package from ACS Rentals and couldn’t be happier. The outfit was absolutely top-class and a massive hit at a function in France, I was proud to wear it and showcase Scotland abroad.
There was a small issue initially with the waistcoat being the wrong size, but Suzy from ACS was outstanding. She sorted the correct size immediately and made sure it was delivered in time, despite a very tight turnaround before my trip. That level of service made all the difference.

Hired my Prince Charlie Jacket & Spirit of Bannockburn Kilt Hire Package for my wedding over the Christmas break. Was then pleasantly surprised by the return requirements which then allowed me to sport my hired Kilt on Christmas day and to see the new year in. The service provided by ACS has been excellent from the start to the end so will definitely be using them again and would fully recommend them if you need to hire some highland dress. Very impressed indeed and would give 6 out of 5 if I could ;)

Suit fit fine, I didn’t measure my neck for the shirt and guessed so it was too small but had a back up so no big deal. Straight forward order and return process would definitely consider renting again
